SNP Day of Action- Brexitometer Poll In Helensburgh Reveals Interesting Results

In response to the call for a "Day of Action" by the SNP Depute Leader Keith Brown, Helensburgh SNP engaged with the public in a wet and dreech day in Colquhuon Square Helensburgh.

During the period from 11am till 1pm a stall and gazebo was set up offering information about SNP Policies and specifically how Brexit will impact on Scotland. Cakes were also on offer to refresh any weary, wet and hungry travellers passing the stall2a
A highly technical data collection device "The Brexitometer", was used to gauge the feeling from the public on what their opinions were on Brexit and the final results were very telling.

Three questions were asked

1. Brexit is going well?

2. Brexit will be good for Scotland?

3. Scotland should remain in the EU?3

As can be seen in the photo, the results were overwhelmingly

1. NO

2. NO

3. YES

There were also many enquiries from interested members of the public about the SNP and our volunteers were there to answer all their questions.

All in all the day was not the best weather wise but the enthusiasm of our activists was not dampened in the slightest by the weather and full credit must be given to all who participated in what was a successful, and informative, Day of Action.
